In support of our mission to "contribute to the social and economic development of communities" and our strategic objective "to build a business of substantial value by adding value to the communities we serve", we have created the Road Master Community Development Foundation (RMCDF) network.
Road Master Central's agreements with manufacturers and distributors stipulate that 12.5% of the licence fee for RM products is directed to charitable foundations to be established as part of the RMCDF network in the countries in which we operate. If it is not feasible to set up a charitable foundation in any particular area, the funds will be directed to a central RMCDF managed by RMC. The RMCDF network will be used to support worthwhile projects that will make a positive difference to the communities in which we operate. Donations for community development projects from foundations in the RMCDF network will be approved jointly by RMC, the local Road Master entity concerned and relevant local representatives in those communities.
