Ian Firns
Ian is Chairman of Directors of RMC. He holds the degrees of Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from Curtin University and Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from the University of Western Australia. Aged in his mid-fifties, Ian is with Solomon Avery, Barristers and Solicitors. He has previously been an academic, with teaching and research interests emphasising organisational behaviour and management.
Bruce Chambers
Bruce has taken up the role of General Manager. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University. Bruce has worked for many years in administration, management and sales roles in real estate, insurance and accounting among other areas. He has lived and worked in a number of countries. He is aged in his mid-fifties and has the experience and maturity to handle this job well.
David Fife
David, also aged in his mid-fifties with appropriate experience and maturity for his role, is Director of Operations for the new enterprise. He has a background in sales and marketing, principally in insurance broking. He has also been involved in project management for the last several years and was recently engaged in the start-up of a multi-disciplinary service-oriented business. David has lived and worked in various countries in Africa as well as Oceania.
